I also read that this (cancel my subscription and delete my account) can be done directly without human intervention but my own, on my mobile. From reading multiple community support posts, also those replied to by adobe staff, I conclud that well, I shall have to 1, cancel my subscription and 2, delete my account then 3, pick my new country from adobe's list of countries 4, create an account (again) and then 5, subscribe to the creative cloud services (again). As many previous posts have stated, changing country cause major head aches over here at adobe.
